
Bvlgari Il Cioccolato will release "Tortino alla Castagna", made with the luxurious autumn flavor of chestnuts, from September 16th.
The two-layered Tortino alla Castagna allows you to enjoy the different textures of the smooth chestnut cream and the moderately crunchy gianduja dough with pecan nuts. The top layer is made with a generous amount of Nakayama chestnuts from Ehime Prefecture, and is a light, melt-in-the-mouth cream topped with rum, finely crushed marron glacés, and roasted hazelnuts, creating a Mont Blanc-like texture that brings out the natural flavor of the chestnuts. The bottom layer is made with hazelnut gianduja combined with roasted and roughly crushed pecans, creating a fragrant dough with a nutty texture. Tortino alla Castagna, which offers two different textures to enjoy in the fall, is available for purchase at Il Cioccolato stores nationwide and online.
