At #004, to be held on November 9th, a soba noodle making workshop will be held at OUR FAVOURITE SHOP by Kato Hiroyuki, owner of the famous Shirokane soba restaurant "Sangoan".
It's about a 3-minute walk from OUR FAVOURITE SHOP to Sangoan! After making the soba noodles, everyone will move to Sangoan and have them boiled in the restaurant's large pot.

The reason we're holding the soba noodle-making workshop with Sangoan at this time of year is because November is the season for new soba noodles. This is the time of year when you can enjoy new soba noodles with their excellent flavor, aroma, and color. The soba flour used for making the noodles will also be carefully selected by the owner of Sangoan. On the day, owner Kato will also give a lecture on how to make noodle soup in an easy-to-make quantity at home, making this the perfect HOHO for anyone looking to enjoy delicious soba!
 
It looks like you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the taste of seasonal soba noodles together with the owner of Sangoan, who creates truly delicious soba noodles using fresh ingredients and outstanding techniques.
