Oct 15, 2016

"Harajuku-Omotesando Machi Bar," a large-scale gourmet event set in Tokyo's Harajuku and Omotesando areas, will be held for the first time from October 31st to November 6th.

"Harajuku-Omotesando Machi Bar" is a large-scale gourmet event held for the first time in Harajuku, the epicenter of pop culture and Japanese culture, and Omotesando, a fashionable area lined with famous brand shops including Omotesando Hills. During the event, commercial facilities in the Harajuku-Omotesando area, including Omotesando Hills, Harajuku Quest, Cascade Harajuku, and Laforet Harajuku, as well as 45 nearby restaurants, will each offer their own special Machi Bar menu (one food item and one drink). Participants can purchase tickets (online price: ¥3,000 including tax, same-day ticket: ¥3,500 including tax) to sample special menus from up to three restaurants at a discount, enjoying gourmet food while experiencing the latest fashion and trends.

After the event ends, an "After Bar" will be held exclusively at participating stores in Omotesando Hills from November 7th to 11th. Any unused tickets can be used as 1,000 yen vouchers at each store. Participating stores in Omotesando Hills include Chinese restaurant "Kageyamaro," sushi store "Tsukiji Tamazushi Sasashigure," French bar "Bar à Vent Partager," and chocolaterie and cafe "Hugo & Victor," for a total of 15 stores.
