The "Cold Noodles in Tomato Soup with Salad and Marine Collagen Noodles" (1,800 yen) is based on the juice condensed from about 50 organic cherry tomatoes from Hokkaido, which are high in sugar content. The lycopene in tomatoes is said to have skin-beautifying effects.
