
The Grand Hyatt Tokyo hotel in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be offering a "beer garden-style" service using terrace seating at three of the hotel's restaurants starting June 1st.
The all-day dining restaurant, French Kitchen, will be offering the terrace-only "La Terrasse - Summer Provence BBQ" course (5,800 yen) until September 30th. It serves an authentic French BBQ dinner paired with chilled champagne. The "Veuve Clicquot Champagne Plan" (12,800 yen) includes all-you-can-drink Veuve Clicquot champagne. After the meal, guests can order from a five-item dessert menu created by a pastry chef with international awards.
The steakhouse, Oak Door, will be offering a summer beer garden (6,800 yen) until August 31st. The menu includes eight dishes, mainly grilled, including chicken wings and garlic chili shrimp, all-you-can-eat for 90 minutes. In addition to beer and wine, the drink menu also includes all-you-can-drink drinks such as "White Sangria" with a refreshing apple and grapefruit flavor.
Edomae sushi restaurant "Rokuen" will also be opening its terrace seats until September 30th, serving all-you-can-drink Hokkaido sushi using seasonal sea urchin and hairy crab as toppings. During the period, craft beer that pairs well with sushi will be available, and a "Happy Hour Plan" will be held from 5pm to 7pm on weekdays. A craft beer and snack set will be available for 1,000 yen, and champagne by the glass for 3,000 yen.
