In response to popular demand, this product is making a comeback! We've recreated Naples' famous whitebait pizza, cicinielli (cicinielli means "small fish" in Italian), using boiled whitebait from the Seto Inland Sea. This product is only available during spring and summer.

- This is a seasonal limited edition pizza from my favorite Petit Garçon. I bought the set! It didn't disappoint, in fact it was even more delicious than I expected!! It's packed with fluffy, deep-fried whitebait! I'm so happy to be able to eat a pizza like this at home.

=Japanese Cuisine=
It's worth the effort to prepare! Deep-fried white shrimp.

White shrimp are only caught in Toyama Prefecture in Japan, making them a rare species with low catches. Immediately after being caught, they are transparent and pale pink, and are known as the "jewel of Toyama Bay." A light sprinkling of salt at the end brings out the shrimp's flavor even more.

At its peak, it sees 3,000 people lining up daily. This udon set from one of Kagawa's most popular restaurants is easy to prepare, with no need for water or hot water; simply heat the noodles in a pot from frozen to enjoy authentic Sanuki udon.

- It was so easy to prepare, the fried tofu was plump and slightly sweet, the noodles were chewy and the broth was delicious, and I garnished it with spring onions and kamaboko.

・I've tried a variety of frozen gyoza dumplings at ISETAN DOOR, but this is my favorite and the most delicious! One box is just the right amount for two people to share as a light side dish! It hasn't been on sale recently, so I hope they start selling it again.
