Rose Bakery's Carrot Cake, Loved by Health-conscious Fashionistas [Press Recommendation]

Jul 22, 2013

Rose Bakery is one of Paris's leading bakery cafes. Not only does it focus on organic vegetables and grains, but it also draws attention for its simple, natural recipes that bring out the natural flavors of its ingredients.

At a recent press exhibition at Isetan Shinjuku, Rose Bakery's catering, including this carrot cake, was featured as a special treat. Guests were thrilled with the delicious food, both in appearance and taste.

Because both the sweets and deli items are carefully handcrafted, each one is subtly different in shape. This reflects the love and care of the makers, making anyone who tries it a fan become a fan. Since its launch in Japan in 2011, it has been a favorite among health-conscious fashionistas.

Rose Bakery's signature dessert is its carrot cake. The sponge cake is filled with shredded carrots, walnuts, and cinnamon, and is topped with a rich cream cheese frosting that resembles a hat. It's fluffy yet moist and rich, making it extremely satisfying to eat. The sweetness of the carrots and the cream cheese are a perfect combination, and the moment you put it in your mouth, a gentle sweetness and fragrant aroma spreads throughout your mouth.

In Japan, the store is located in Marunouchi (Meiji Yasuda Life Building, 1st floor, 2-1-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), Kichijoji (Atre Kichijoji, 1-1-24 Kichijoji Minamimachi, Musashino-shi, Tokyo, 1st floor), Ginza (Ginza Komatsu West Building, 6-9-5 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, 7th floor), and Isetan Shinjuku (Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, 3-14-1 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, 3rd floor).
