The fourth Japanese branch of Rose Bakery, a popular organic cafe in Paris, opened on Wednesday, March 6th, in the fashion section on the third floor of the Isetan Shinjuku main store. This is the fourth branch in Japan, following branches in Marunouchi, Kichijoji, and Ginza.
Rose Bakery's new book, "How to Boil and Egg" (English version), was also released at the same time. It features classic and contemporary egg recipes. Author Rose Carrarini opened Rose Bakery in 2002. Its simple and healthy menu, using fresh ingredients, has garnered acclaim, and the bakery now has locations in London, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul, and Tel Aviv.
Rose Bakery's new store, COMME des GARÇONS POCKET, also opened nearby. It carries PLAY COMME des GARÇONS T-shirts and products from WALLET and PURFUM.
