Cuisine image using Tokyo ingredients
This year's summer menu features Tokyo ingredients that the chef has been particular about, including "Tokyo Salad" grown hydroponically under the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line overpass, colorful vegetables from "Oyama Farm" in Tachikawa City, "passion fruit from Hachioji," and "TOKYO X (R)," a brand of pork developed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The menu features plenty of vegetables and ingredients grown in Tokyo, including vegetables from Tokyo. It embodies Chef Atsushi Ishikawa's desire to "spread the deliciousness and appeal of Tokyo's ingredients through food" and "support Tokyo."

Southern Tower Dining uses carefully selected ingredients personally selected by the chef, and our cooking and service staff also visit the producing areas, valuing our connections with producers.

The restaurant's course menu offers dishes carefully crafted to maximize the quality of Tokyo's ingredients. The bar also offers à la carte dishes such as "Tokyo Salad" and a salad of vegetables delivered from "Oyama Farm" in Tachikawa, Tokyo, with homemade dressing, "Vegetable Garbule (vegetable soup)" and "Vegetable Plate."

Vegetables grown at Oyama Farm are delivered to the hotel within 24 hours of being harvested, so you can enjoy the freshest vegetables, just picked. Enjoy a relaxing moment while taking in the view from 100 meters above ground and savoring Tokyo ingredients.
