"Tamba Black Bean and Mugwort Bread" (850 yen including tax)
Sakimoto, a high-end bread specialty store that has long queues, will be selling "Tamba Black Bean and Mugwort Bread" for a limited time of one month, from May 1st to May 31st.

"Tamba Black Bean and Mugwort Bread" is made by mixing a generous amount of black beans from Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture, into a dough made from a combination of the finest North American wheat and mugwort from Aomori Prefecture, then baking it. The bread dough, which has the youthful aroma of mugwort, and the large, elegantly sweet Tamba black beans are a perfect match. The bread dough, made using the Yudane method, has a chewy and moist texture that is also great.

By the way, Sakimoto recommends eating it "raw" (unabaked) on the day of purchase, which allows the mugwort flavor to be more pronounced.

This will only be available for one month, so if you're interested, don't miss out!
