"Bagna Cauda" is a local dish from Northern Italy, meaning "hot sauce". Enjoy the crunchy texture of colorful, beautiful seasonal vegetables dipped in our homemade bagna cauda sauce. The rich sauce, fragrant with anchovies, brings out the flavor of the ingredients and is served in a pot large enough for one person. This course meal also includes Aman Kyoto's signature fish and chips. Enjoy light, borderless cuisine, crafted with Executive Chef Kentaro Torii's overseas experience and Kyoto ingredients.

After your lesson, relax in the natural hot springs and enjoy breakfast while gazing out at the forest garden bathed in morning sunshine. Choose from a healthy breakfast full of fresh vegetables and fruit, or a Kyoto box breakfast with delicious obanzai dishes. About Aman Kyoto
Aman Kyoto, which opened in November 2019, is a private resort nestled in a secluded forest garden at the foot of the Takagamine Sanzan mountain range, which stretches from Mount Hidari Daimonji in the north of Kyoto. The spacious 24,000 square meter site is dotted with an arrival building, a living building (with all-day dining), a restaurant building (Japanese cuisine), a spa building with natural hot springs, a guest building consisting of 24 rooms, and two pavilions, all of which blend seamlessly into the forest garden. Aman Kyoto's hideaway-like modern architecture, combined with the landscape created by the dignified garden that has stood the test of time, offers a stay that allows you to experience the profound charm of this ancient capital.
