The members-only French restaurant "Parle Saison" in Minami-Aoyama has started offering takeout options that are also available to non-members.

Par les saisons, a members-only French restaurant in Minami-Aoyama with the concepts of "playing with scents" and "embodiing a colorful journey," will begin offering takeout from February 16th, allowing anyone to enjoy chef-crafted dishes in the comfort of their own home. The menu offers a carefully curated selection of dishes unique to Par les saisons, including the "saisons degustation box," a luxurious three-tiered French set (for two) featuring roasted French chickens in homemade XO sauce, and a Wagyu beef fillet chateaubriand and truffle cutlet sandwich, all delicious even when cold. Currently operating on reduced hours, Par les saisons is offering courses themed around the scents of each season, including a new February menu featuring the scents of early spring. The optional wine pairing course for 20,000 yen includes the gorgeously fragrant Champagne Krug paired with the garland chrysanthemum amuse-bouche, the slightly sweet Tensai paired with the pufferfish milt, and the deep aroma of one of Bordeaux's five great chateaux paired with the home-aged meat.

"Par les saisons" is a members-only French restaurant in Minami-Aoyama that opened in December 2020 with the concept of "a play of scents" and "the embodiment of a journey of color." The course menu, which changes monthly, expresses the "four seasons" from which the restaurant is named using seasonal ingredients, flowers, herbs, and more, embodying the various scents and colors of spring, summer, autumn, and winter as the seasons change on the plate. The culinary supervision is provided by Japanese chef Shigeta Hisanobu, who has worked at Michelin-starred French restaurants in Paris, and the head chef is Matsuishi Masanori, who has honed his skills as a chef in a variety of formats, including Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels in Japan, providing guests with cutting-edge Parisian cuisine. From the wine cellar stocked with around 300 brands, you can also enjoy wine pairings as an option from Kentaro Ikeda, who is an International Sommelier and Sommelier Excellence certified holder.
