Le Bien's Kansai stores are selling chewy fresh bread made with Hokkaido wheat and Muscat raisins.

Feb 12, 2021

Made with “Sun Muscat raisins”, characterized by their elegant sweetness and refreshing aroma.
To complement the "raw bread" made with carefully selected Hokkaido wheat, the raisins are soaked in white wine for an extended period of time, giving each and every grain a juicy, elegant flavor. This raw bread has a fluffy, chewy texture that locks in the fruity flavor of the raisins and brings out the full flavor of domestic wheat.
