Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Café will be holding a "Special Strawberry Day 2021" for two days, January 15th and 16th, 2021. Our beverage chief will be selecting delicious strawberries from around Japan to create a variety of "Strawberry Parfaits." Seven varieties will be available for the first time in 2021, with 12 varieties available each day, including some that are only available on that day. This adorable parfait combines carefully grown, unique strawberries with traditional ice cream, allowing you to fully enjoy the different flavors of each variety. Over the two days, a huge selection of perfectly sized strawberries will be on display, so be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy a "Strawberry Parfait" that will thrill everyone.

Reception hours: 10:30-19:30 / Business hours: 11:00-21:00


*Reception will be held at a designated location on the 1st floor of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building.
*On the day, only 12 varieties of "Strawberry Parfait" will be on the menu.
*Due to limited numbers of each type, orders are limited to one type per customer per visit. *Not only are the strawberries used for decoration, but the sauce is also made with strawberries from designated regions, making for a luxurious treat. The "Royal Strawberry Parfait" and "Premium Strawberry Parfait" also use strawberries from designated regions in the ice cream.

The inside is made of white flesh and is very sweet, with a peach-like scent.

They have a subtle acidity and a strong sweetness, and when you cut the fruit lengthwise, the stem is indented, giving them a heart shape.

These strawberries have a firm skin and a moderate sweetness, a mild acidity and a cute appearance.
Yamaguchi Prefecture "Four Star" Strawberry Parfait <15th only>
These strawberries are named for their four-star quality in terms of sweetness, acidity, flavor, and deliciousness.
Fukuoka Prefecture "Ladia" Strawberry Parfait <15th only>
A beautiful diamond-shaped strawberry with a glossy red color. Its moderate sweetness and juiciness are its charms.
Gifu Prefecture "Nohime" Strawberry Parfait <15th only>
An original Gifu Prefecture variety. The soft flesh exudes a noble fragrance and spreads a rich sweetness.

This strawberry was named with the image of its sweet, mellow peach fragrance spreading to every corner, in the hope that it will become widely popular.

We have created a low-sugar version with creatively crafted ice cream and sauces, keeping the sugar content to just 10g.

These large strawberries are rare and only grown by a small number of farmers in Fukushima Prefecture. They are characterized by their gorgeous fragrance and sweetness, and are grown using cultivation methods that allow for a lingering aftertaste.

We have imported rare, large, sweet strawberries that are hard to find outside of Wakayama Prefecture. The pleasant aroma will fill your mouth.

As a special event for Special Strawberry Day 2021, the Ginza Main Store Shop on the first floor of the Shiseido Building in Tokyo's Ginza district will be selling a limited-edition special cake, Cocotte de Fraise. Each cake uses the same variety of strawberries as those used in the Ginza Main Store Salon de Café, equivalent to approximately 50 strawberries*. This luxurious cake has an incredibly soft finish, and is made with strawberries used in everything from decoration to sandwiched slices, jelly, and jam. Enjoy the overflowing aroma of strawberries. Details such as varieties and reservations will be announced on the official website at a later date.

*The number may vary depending on the size of the strawberries. *Due to the nature of the product, fresh cakes can only be carried for a maximum of two hours.
