Aman Tokyo Exclusive "Marchesi Panettone"

This classic panettone is exclusive to Aman Tokyo and is made by Pasticceria Marchesi, a long-established Milanese pastry shop founded in 1824. Panettone means "big bread" in Italian. It is a fermented pastry made with plenty of butter, eggs, and dried fruit, and is an essential part of Italian Christmas, lining the windows of every bakery and confectionery shop in December. They come in a variety of sizes, from cupcake-sized ones around 100g to giant ones weighing 500g, 1kg, 3kg, and 5kg, but the 1kg size is said to be the most delicious. From December to January, cut it into small pieces and enjoy it at tea time, breakfast, or with wine. This Christmas, why not enjoy an authentic 1 kg panettone from Milan, a cake that is hard to find in Tokyo, with your family and friends?

1 kg: 20,000 yen (excluding tax)

Aman Tokyo Original Christmas Cake "Forêt Noire"

A soft cocoa dough soaked in kirsch, a cherry liqueur, is enveloped in light fresh cream and topped with shaved bitter chocolate containing over 70% cocoa, creating a chic Christmas cake for adults with the subtle aroma of kirsch and rich chocolate. We selected chestnuts from Nagano Prefecture that have just the right balance of sweetness and acidity to match the bitter chocolate.

12cm: 6,200 yen (excl. tax)
15cm: 7,800 yen (excl. tax)

Aman Tokyo Original Christmas Cake "Mont Blanc"

Large, pure Japanese chestnuts with the natural aroma of chestnuts and a deep, subtle sweetness like Japanese sweets, and a light, melt-in-the-mouth coconut meringue, layered with smooth custard made with Madagascar vanilla and whipped cream, all coated in Japanese chestnut paste.

15cm: 6,800 yen (excl. tax)

Two types of Aman Tokyo original "Stollen"

"Stollen" is baked according to Aman Tokyo's original recipe and is made with nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts, dried fruits such as oranges and figs soaked in liqueur, and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The finishing coating of wasanbon sugar melts in the mouth and gives it a refined sweetness. "Stollen Brown Sugar Chocolate" has a plain dough base with finely chopped chocolate kneaded into it. The rich brown sugar coating brings out the sweetness of the chocolate and the tartness of the dried fruit.

Small: 1,800 yen (excl. tax)
Large: 3,800 yen (excl. tax)

Aman Tokyo Original Caviar 25g

Aman Tokyo Original Caviar was created by Executive Chef Hiraki Masakazu, who visited caviar producers in Kagawa Prefecture and personally supervised the creation. This unheated raw caviar, unique to Japan, allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of sturgeon eggs raised in pure, natural waters. Chef Hiraki has carefully crafted this exquisite product, with a delicate taste, by reducing the saltiness and focusing on a mellow flavor. Treat yourself to a little luxury this Christmas and try caviar that is only available at Aman Tokyo.

JPY 22,000 (excluding tax)
