It's the Christmas season, and the city is enveloped in cool, clear air. This season's parfait is inspired by a winter landscape enveloped in sparkling light, and is presented in all white with subtle red accents, with a striking gently curved white chocolate on top. The perfection has been achieved down to the smallest detail, from the melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor to the texture and feel on the tongue, by pairing the rare fir honey "Miel de Sapin" with lychee, raspberry, and white chocolate.
