The "bright red Elizabeth pie," available only as part of the Rouge Party Plan, is a special dessert that takes the popular Elizabeth pie from KIHACHI's pie series and makes it full of sweet and sour berries, in reference to "Rouge."
 
A variety of berries, including strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, are sandwiched with raspberry-colored whipped cream between flaky baked pie crust. After enjoying the chef's signature dishes, each one infused with a touch of red, finish off with a "Bright Red Elizabeth Pie" and red hibiscus tea.
 
To make this plan even more enjoyable, we recommend wearing something red. We will provide you with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for a toast.
