Made with homemade tofu made only with soy milk and nigari, this moist chiffon cake is sandwiched with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, red bean paste and chewy gyuhi rice cake.
Cocktail-do Coffee Jelly and Soft-serve Ice Cream Parfait 880 yen
Cocktail-do coffee jelly and homemade tofu chiffon cake are combined with soft-serve ice cream and caramel sauce to create a parfait.
Almond praline and nutritious homemade rice bran cookies add a pleasant accent.

Dorayaki Pancake with Strawberry and Ogura Bean Paste 880 yen
Carefully baked in-house, this Japanese-style pancake is made with chewy homemade dorayaki dough made with rice flour and topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam, Ogura bean paste, cream cheese ice cream, and soft and fluffy shiratama rice dumplings from Shiratamaya Shinzaburo in Kumamoto Prefecture.
Yame Matcha Chocolate Fondue 1,250 yen
A slightly warm, Japanese-style chocolate fondue made with a bittersweet special fondue sauce made from white chocolate infused with Yame matcha, mixed with six different ingredients. Add amaretto liqueur to taste for a more grown-up flavor.
