In addition to the classic "Bonifanti," Eataly's 2020 Panettone will also include "Muzzi Tommaso" from Antica Pasticceria Muzzi, a long-established company founded in Italy over 200 years ago, for the first time in Japan. A Wide Variety of Panettone in 2020

Muzzi Tommaso (Antica Pasticceria Muzzi) Makes its Japan Debut
Founder Tommaso Muzzi started out as a pastry chef in a small workshop in Umbria in 1795 and has grown to include multiple patisserie brands. One of them, "Muzzi Tommaso," is dedicated to the founder of Antica Pasticceria Muzzi, and is made faithfully using the recipe and method handed down from father to son along with the yeast. The slow fermentation with yeast creates a soft and fragrant dough, and the carefully selected ingredients, such as fresh butter, eggs, candied oranges, sultana raisins, and vanilla, create a special panettone that colors the Italian Christmas.
