Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (Odaiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo) will be launching a pink-themed strawberry dessert buffet called "Christmas Girl's Room" at Seascape Terrace Dining on November 1, 2020. It's inspired by a girl's room decorated in pink for the Christmas season. 
 
The first dish is a snow globe-shaped glass containing roll cake, fresh berries, macarons, fresh strawberries, and strawberry sauce, topped to your choice. This table-service dessert is available for guests to customize to their liking. The buffet corner will offer whole cakes: strawberry chiffon cake, strawberry baked tart, and strawberry mousse. In addition, in consideration of hygiene, desserts such as "Strawberry Panna Cotta," "Pink Lemonade Jelly," "Strawberry Trifle" (strawberry sauce and whipped cream sandwiched between sponge cake), and "Strawberry and Grape Mulled Wine Jelly" (mulled wine, a classic Christmas market drink, made into a jelly and garnished with a cinnamon stick) will be served by the glass. Furthermore, the German Christmas treat "Stollen" will also be given a pink strawberry flavor.
In the chef's live performance corner, we have prepared two sauces so that you can choose your favorite to accompany your freshly baked French toast. For dessert, we offer strawberry milk sauce, and you can enjoy it as a meal by pouring bacon cream on top.
For savory dishes, we also offer "Beetroot and Potato Cream Soup," a cute pink soup made with beets.

The theme of this year's strawberry dessert buffet is to depict a girl eagerly awaiting Christmas, preparing for the party that is about to begin in a room decorated in pink.
