From December 23rd to 25th, INTERSECT BY LEXUS - TOKYO in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, will be offering a "Christmas Dinner Course" (¥20,000 including tax, ¥30,000 including tax) overseen by SUGALABO, headed by world-renowned chef Yosuke Suga.
Since October, INTERSECT BY LEXUS has been offering seasonal menus that showcase the quality of local ingredients and the craftsmanship of the local artisans that Suga has encountered throughout Japan. As part of this initiative, a Christmas dinner course featuring seasonal ingredients from various parts of Japan that Suga has visited on his food-hunting journeys will be offered. The course begins with a starter course and consists of seven dishes: a cold dish, a hot dish, a fish dish, a meat dish, a pre-dessert, and a dessert.
In addition, during the event, a limited-edition "Chocolate Cake" (¥2,160 including tax) overseen by SUGALABO will be available. This rich and flavorful treat features orange peel and Daitokuji natto kneaded into a chocolate dough and coated in high-quality chocolate.
