For Christmas 2020, Conrad Osaka's Executive Pastry Chef Jimmy Boulay will be presenting 1. a cake inspired by the night and blue sky of Christmas to share with loved ones; 2. a cake inspired by the night and blue sky of Christmas to share with loved ones; We are introducing three types of cakes: 1. a single-serving cake, 2. an ornament-shaped cake for one person to decorate your night, and 3. a heart-warming chocolate box decorated with Christmas colors.
"Christmas Night" is inspired by the beautiful star-studded Christmas sky. The sparkling night sky is represented by a dark chocolate glaze, and the original layered chocolate chips, designed by Jimmy Boulay, resemble shooting stars, with the hope that "everyone's wishes will come true this Christmas." The interior is layered with raspberry compote, jam, and ganache, and enveloped in a rich chocolate mousse. The acidity balances the sweetness, creating a refreshing taste. The almond sponge and crunchy cocoa biscuits add texture and a rich flavor. This gluten-free* Christmas cake is also recommended for health-conscious customers. "Christmas Sky" is inspired by the sight of a clear blue sky blending with the snowy landscape seen through a window on Christmas morning. The coconut mousse is filled with a variety of textures, including the perfectly matched apricot compote, the crispy almond feuillantine, and vanilla crémieu, and the combination of ingredients elevates the cake's otherwise heavy taste to a mellow one. Enjoy a special moment with this cake, which will make you feel like you're in the clear winter sky, even while indoors.

Each of these ornament-shaped cakes, which express Christmas with their own sparkle, is the perfect treat for yourself.

Open the box to find eye-catching Christmas-colored chocolates, available in six varieties made with a variety of spices. Crafted using traditional techniques, innovative decorations, and original spices unique to Jimmy, a native of France, these six chocolates are sure to delightfully surprise your loved ones.
1. "Snowball" - Muscadine, a traditional French chocolate (named for its shape resembling the skin of a nutmeg). This chocolate is made with cognac, nutmeg, and chocolate ganache, offering a bitter, sophisticated flavor that contrasts with its appearance.
2. "Spicy Santa" - A vibrant Christmas-colored chocolate that highlights the aroma of chili pepper, Japanese pepper, and sesame paste with the sweetness of honey.
3. "Christmas Tree" - Inspired by the image of a snow-covered Christmas tree, this chocolate is crafted with the rich sweetness of vanilla and caramel, and a subtle refreshing touch of rosemary.
4. "Rainbow" - A pain d'émice (French for spiced bread) made with gingerbread praline is enveloped in chocolate. Covered with a special holographic sheet, this magical treat shines differently depending on the angle of the light, and was created by combining Jimmy's unique traditional French confectionery techniques with the latest technology.
