Imosho Co., Ltd. will launch "& OIMO TOKYO," a sweets brand made exclusively with aged sweet potatoes from Tanegashima, on October 1, 2020. To celebrate, the brand will be participating in the "Delicious Collection" event hosted by Shinjuku Takashimaya for seven days from September 24 to 29, 2020, where it will offer a limited-time advance sale of its flagship products.

We deliver sweets made with carefully selected ingredients, based on the concept of "stylish and healthy."

We will be selling "Honey Sweet Potato Basque Cheesecake" made with specially aged sweet potatoes, and "Honey Sweet Potato Taiyaki" combining sweet potato paste with Western ingredients. We will also be offering original coffee blends created to complement sweet potato sweets by Miyajima's leading cafe, Itsuki Coffee, the only cafe in Miyajima, a World Heritage Site, that roasts its own specialty coffee, as well as original flavored teas created in collaboration with Chajihen, a Shizuoka-based project that explores the possibilities of tea.

GRAND CHEF Taishi Oya

A taiyaki filled with aged sweet potato paste, apple or fig compote, and cheese. The gluten-free dough, made with rice flour instead of wheat flour and grapeseed oil instead of shortening, is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. These unique taiyaki are made with healthy ingredients.

Born in Hiroshima Prefecture. An editor active in a wide range of genres, including fashion, beauty, and gourmet food. FOUNDER Michitaka Ochi
He is the general producer of the Roppongi patisserie LOUANGE TOKYO. Based on the concept of creating products that provide "time" and "space," he plans and designs sweets that serve as communication tools, introducing them to the world. He is also actively involved in fusing sweets with art, shattering conventional ideas about sweets.
