Kobe-based patisserie Antenor will be selling new additions to its "Chef's Speciality" series, packed with the chef's attention to detail, from September 10th. These include a chocolate cake that makes the most of the rich flavor of high-quality chestnuts, a specialty of Piedmont, Italy, and a mousse made with rare pistachios from Bronte, Sicily, Italy, known as the "green jewel." *The Chef's Speciality will be available at select stores.
