New autumn sweets are available, including Halloween sweets made with Japanese ingredients like Japanese chestnuts and roasted green tea, as well as pear and caramel parfaits

Event Date:2020.09.03-10.31
Aug 14, 2020
The Strings Omotesando, operated by Best Hospitality Network Co., Ltd., will be serving Halloween Mont Blanc Pancakes, Jack-o'-Lantern Mousse, and Pear Caramel Parfait at its first-floor Cafe & Dining ZelkovA from September 3 to October 31, 2020.

Halloween Mont Blanc Pancakes
This dish allows you to enjoy Japanese flavors, with pancake batter made with soybean flour layered with gyuhi and Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc cream, and topped with roasted green tea cream and ice cream. We have created a Japanese-Western fusion pancake that combines the excitement of Halloween, such as black cats, crosses, and ghosts, with delicate Japanese flavors.

Jack-o'-Lantern Mousse
Pumpkin mousse, pumpkin compote, and caramel ice cream are enclosed inside a chocolate sphere shaped like a jack-o'-lantern. This is a movie-genic Halloween sweet that you can eat as you melt the chocolate with the accompanying warm vanilla sauce.

Pear Caramel Parfait
Sweet and juicy autumn pears, in season, are combined with rich and bitter caramel. The pears compote in red wine create a deep flavor, and the moderate acidity of the cassis sauce adds an accent to the taste; this is a not-too-sweet autumn parfait for adults.
