Event Date:2022.09.15-10.31
Sep 12, 2022
From September 15th, Aman Tokyo (Otemachi, Tokyo) will be offering the Halloween-themed "Afternoon Tea Halloween Masquerade (7,970 yen per person/tax and service charge included)" at "The Lounge by Aman" on the 33rd floor.

■The Lounge by Aman "Afternoon Tea Halloween Masquerade"

The stars of this year's "Masquerade"-themed Halloween Afternoon Tea will be ghosts such as Halloween cats and jack-o'-lanterns. The original black bamboo stand, created to match the dark interior of The Lounge by Aman, is decorated with seasonal ingredients such as chestnuts and pumpkin, accented with autumnal colors such as orange and purple.

The amuse-bouche citrus soup is topped with an espuma of Lambrusco, a red sparkling wine, and its mysterious color instantly enhances the Halloween mood. The eye-catching black "Halloween Cat" on the top tier of the tray is adorable, featuring rich chocolate mousse topped with a cassis cream choux, a colorful pumpkin tart, and a chocolate hat and broom.

The middle tier is decorated with sweets that allow you to enjoy autumn ingredients, such as matcha tiramisu adorned with a white chocolate cross, as well as an elegantly sweet pumpkin and apricot sable, and a gentle-tasting purple sweet potato cookie. In addition, a special jewelry box has been prepared with ghost-themed sweets that the chef has carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. Enjoy slightly scary yet cute ghostly sweets, such as a Mont Blanc tart inspired by a mummy in a coffin, and an eye-shaped coconut mousse filled with caramel cream.

The bottom tier is lined with playful savory dishes to get you in the Halloween spirit. A jack-o'-lantern-shaped bamboo charcoal bread sandwich is filled with white chili con carne simmered in white wine. Enjoy adorable-looking savory dishes with delicate, sophisticated flavors, such as ghost-inspired tapioca fries and a scallop tart colored red with beets.

For drinks, choose from a lineup of more than 15 types from the long-established German tea brand Ronnefeldt, including various types from the exclusive "Tea Star Collection" made with high-quality tea leaves, as well as more than 30 types of Japanese tea and coffee.

Enjoy an enjoyable afternoon in an open space with chic interior, gazing at the view of Tokyo spread out beneath the autumn sky, along with an elaborate Halloween afternoon tea for adults.
