Starbucks has introduced three new frozen latte recipes perfect for the hot summer as part of its official recipe suggestions under the theme, "Enjoy your time at home with coffee, especially as we spend more time at home these days!" All of these recipes are easy to make, so gather all the ingredients you need—Starbucks VIA®, a blender, ice, and more—and try making a drink at home that tastes just like the one you'd get at the bar!
 

■Directions
1. Place 180g of ice, 100ml of milk, 15ml of gum syrup, and 20g of dark chocolate in a blender. Finally, add one Starbucks VIA® White Mocha. Reserve some of the VIA powder for topping.
② Put the lid on the blender and blend until smooth, then pour into a glass.
③ Add whipped cream to the drink and top with the reserved Via powder to finish! We also recommend topping it with chocolate sauce or sliced almonds.
【Tip】Adjust the amount of gum syrup to achieve the desired sweetness. Also, if you cut the dark chocolate into bite-sized pieces and put it in the blender, it will blend with the other ingredients to become chocolate chips.

■Recipe
① To make the coffee jelly, dissolve two Starbucks VIA® Iced Coffees in 400ml of water. Add 5g of gelatin dissolved in 50ml of hot water and let it set in the refrigerator. If you would like to sweeten the coffee jelly, add 30ml of gum syrup before letting it set.
② Put ice (180g), 1 can of Starbucks VIA® Iced Coffee, milk (80ml), and gum syrup (15ml) into a blender and blend, then add an appropriate amount of caramel sauce.
③ Pour ① into a glass, pour in ②, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
④ Top with crushed macadamia nuts and it's done!
【Tip】Use salted macadamia nuts.
