Bonbonheur's cake lineup has been revamped!
We have a selection of carefully crafted cakes, including the classic shortcake loved by people of all ages, a tart adorned with juicy mango, and a Basque cheesecake served in a cute cocotte-like container.

Strawberry Shortcake
A classic shortcake arranged in the Bonbonheur style. We've paid particular attention to the sponge cake, and used free-range eggs from Sannabe Poultry Farm in Ehime Prefecture to achieve a fluffy texture and a fragrant dough. The smooth sponge cake, layered with rich Hokkaido fresh cream, and the tartness of the strawberries create an exquisite harmony of flavors. We aimed to create a cake that could be enjoyed by customers of all ages, from children to adults.

Mont Blanc
This Mont Blanc is impressive for its generous pile of chestnut cream. A flaky tart base with a fragrant butter flavor is topped with a generous amount of French chestnut cream. Hidden within the chestnut cream are almond cream and chestnut mousse. The cake is topped with marron glacé. A cake that allows you to fully enjoy the taste of chestnuts.

Mango Tart
A tart topped with plenty of seasonal tropical fruit, mango. Exotic mousse and lemon cream are placed on a tart crust, and it is topped with fresh mango and coconut-flavored white chocolate. The tart has a good balance of fruit sweetness and tartness.

Fondant au Chocolat
Homemade fondant au Chocolat with melted chocolate inside. Milk chocolate ganache is baked inside a smooth dough made with bitter chocolate. It is served to customers warm so you can enjoy the taste of the chocolate melting from the center. Enjoy it with our homemade jam made with seasonal fruits. It also goes great with cold ice cream.

Basque Cheesecake
A Basque cheesecake finished in a cocotte style. A bonbonheur-style arrangement of cheesecake from the Basque region of southern France. The cream cheese-based dough is flavored with vanilla and baked in the oven to give the surface a fragrant finish. You can choose between maple syrup or homemade jam as a topping.
Ice cream can be added to all cakes for an additional 200 yen. Set menus where you can order cake and a drink together are also available.
