Be "HAPPY" with Fruits in Tea! Lipton Tea Stand opens for a limited time

Jun 10, 2020
Lipton, a tea brand developed by Unilever Japan Customer Marketing Co., Ltd., is opening two pop-up stores, "Lipton TEA STAND Fruits in Tea," in Tokyo, in Daikanyama and Kichijoji, where customers can enjoy iced tea with plenty of their favorite fruits. The stores will be opening in Osaka for the first time in two years. The stores will be rolled out sequentially from early July 2020.

■Make your life "happy" through Fruits in Tea!
For the past four years, Lipton has offered "Fruits in Tea" as a new summer tea experience, which has been enjoyed by many people. While COVID-19 has had a variety of impacts this year, it's precisely because of these circumstances that we've decided to hold the Fruits in Tea event, hoping to bring happiness to everyone's lives through the experience we've provided thus far. To ensure customers can feel safe visiting our stores, we'll be taking preventative measures, such as having staff wear masks, disinfect, and thoroughly wash their hands, and maintaining social distancing when queuing.

■To ensure even more people can enjoy our events, we're opening two locations in Tokyo! Our Osaka location is also back after a two-year hiatus!
Since opening in 2016, Lipton Fruits in Tea has become a summer tradition, garnering support from countless customers. Additionally, Lipton TEA STAND has been operating in Nagoya and Hakata since 2018 as a permanent store where customers can easily enjoy tea on a daily basis.
This year, to make tea even more accessible, we're changing the name of our stores from "Lipton Fruits in Tea" to "Lipton TEA STAND Fruits in Tea," and will open directly connected to train stations. In response to requests from fans, the Umeda store in Osaka will also be reopening for the first time in two years. This year, we plan to introduce new menu items that allow you to experience the unique way of enjoying tea that only Lipton, the tea brand, can offer, so please stay tuned for future information.

■This year, we plan to launch a new Fruits in Tea service that can be enjoyed at home
This year, we plan to launch a service that can be experienced not only in our stores but also at home. We hope that more people will be able to experience Fruits in Tea, which expands the ways of enjoying tea. Details such as the service content and launch date will be announced at a later date, so please look forward to it.
