Coffee jelly with an "enjoyable aroma" created by Chef Jun Ujita of Patisserie Jun Ujita
"Patisserie Jun Ujita" in Himonya, Meguro Ward, is renowned for its sweets that make the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients. Owner and pastry chef Jun Ujita have collaborated with Maruyama Coffee to create a coffee jelly with an "enjoyable aroma" that makes the most of the flavor of single-origin coffee ingredients. This summer's lineup features single-origin coffees from Kenya, Costa Rica, and Honduras. This set of three unique flavors showcases the distinct flavors and characteristics of each single-origin coffee. The sweetness is kept moderate to maximize the flavor of the ingredients and allow you to enjoy the aroma. Enjoy a wide variety of flavors, such as adding syrup to your liking or enjoying it with vanilla ice cream. This product has been on sale since May 26, 2020.
