Yamamura Dairy has been delivering delicious milk from Ise for over 100 years, and we are pleased to introduce our "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve" to satisfy the demand for Yamamura Pudding and soft serve ice cream at home, or even to satisfy the desire to eat both at once.

■"Frozen Pudding Soft Serve" Product Features
The origins of the "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve" began five years ago at Yamamura Milk School, a direct sales store in front of the Ise Geku Shrine, in response to requests for both Yamamura Pudding and our own soft serve ice cream. Since then, it has gained support from many customers and has become a popular product, selling 15,000 units annually. Now, to allow even more people to enjoy the taste of "Purin Soft Serve," we have developed and launched "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve." The product concept is "enjoy popular sweets at home." We have devised a way to enjoy the texture of rich soft serve ice cream and creamy pudding at home. Mixing the soft serve ice cream with the pudding creates a mellow flavor. We also paid particular attention to the appearance, such as using an ice cream cone to cover the jar. 】

■How to Thaw Frozen Pudding Soft Serve
Recommended: Thaw in the refrigerator for 30 to 40 minutes (thawing slowly will enhance the flavor)
If you're in a hurry: Thaw at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes
Thaw in the microwave (600W) for 8 to 10 seconds (not recommended as it heats up too quickly.)

■Background to the Development of Frozen Pudding Soft Serve
Pudding Soft Serve, which was only available in stores, was so popular that it was sold out in limited quantities by the morning. As a result, we were sometimes unable to meet customer expectations, with comments such as, "There was none today" and "It's a shame I couldn't get some." Therefore, with the desire to "allow people to enjoy the taste of our restaurant at home," we began developing our "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve," and after a year of trial and error, we have now launched the product. We hope that we can deliver the taste of our restaurant to everyone who is unable to visit Ise Shrine due to the impact of COVID-19.

■Pasteurized at 85°C for 15 minutes
Our "Frozen Pudding Soft Serve" uses fresh Yamamura Milk. The key to the deliciousness of Yamamura Milk lies in the pasteurization method and the sensitivity cultivated by our artisans. By painstakingly sterilizing it at 85°C for 15 minutes, you can experience a rich flavor and natural sweetness that cannot be tasted with other methods. We have been committed to this for over 100 years since our founding.
