Enjoy drinking at home with these "easy recipes for your home izakaya" directly from the Tsuji Culinary Institute Group! The first one is "Limoncello," a traditional Italian drink made with lemon. It only requires four ingredients. Anyone can make it easily and deliciously, so give it a try now! 
 HOW TO MAKE
 
 

《Limoncello》
・10 lemons
・500ml vodka
《Syrup》
・100g sugar
・125ml water
 

① Peel the lemon with a peeler.
【Tip】If any white part remains, cut it off with a knife.

② Place in an airtight container, pour in vodka, and leave in the refrigerator for about a week until the color and aroma have absorbed.

③ (Make the syrup to pour into ② after it has been left to sit for about a week.) Put sugar and water in a pot and heat, bring to a boil and then let cool. The syrup is now ready.
④ Strain through a sieve to remove the skin and add the syrup made in ③. Your homemade "Limoncello" is complete!
