On February 20th, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo's Tapas Molecular Bar will host a dinner event, "Art of Dining with Dom Pérignon," (55,000 yen, tax and service charges not included). This special dinner, limited to eight guests, will celebrate the art of food. The nine-course menu will include the restaurant's signature innovative experimental food entertainment, "molecular cuisine," as well as authentic Edomae sushi, authentic French, Italian, and Cantonese cuisine. Additionally, three vintages of champagne will be paired with the dishes: "Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004," "Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003," and "Dom Pérignon P2-1998," adding a touch of elegance to this lavish Japanese-Western dinner.
