Mandarin Oriental Tokyo will release limited-edition items for Valentine's Day and White Day. Executive Pastry Chef Shuji Muto has created 12 limited-edition gifts based on the theme of "Heart & Passion," each one infused with a love story. The exquisite designs and color schemes offer a selection tailored to both men and women. The "Heart Praline" (1,800 yen), an assortment of four small heart-shaped chocolates, uses a red gradation to represent the deepening love between two lovers. The four colors, ranging from light to deep red, represent "meeting," "first kiss," "falling in love," and "true love." Meanwhile, the "Macaron Rouge Amour Collection" (1,800 yen) features limited-edition red and white macarons with a creamy blend of chocolate and berries. Five flavors are available: strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, and griotte cherry. Other special treats for Valentine's Day and White Day include the "Petit Coeur Rouge" (888 yen) and "Grand Coeur Blanc" (2,000 yen), which are filled with subtly sweet yogurt and raisin chocolate in a red and white heart-shaped box. The "Coeur à la Fraise" (3,800 yen) is a strawberry shortcake decorated with pale pink cream. The "Macaron Lollipop Rouge Amour Collection" (400 yen), which features five types of lollipops with rose and heart motifs, is a convenient gift for friends and colleagues. Also available exclusively for Valentine's Day are the "St. Valentine Premium Box" (2,800 yen), which contains five heart-shaped pralines in a three-dimensional heart box, and the "Toa More Tarte 2-Piece Heart Creation" (800 yen), a heart-shaped chocolate mousse and strawberry mousse. Limited-edition White Day items include strawberry-shaped chocolate "Freeze de Sakura" (3,000 yen), apple-shaped mousse "Fruit Defendu" (1,000 yen), and specially decorated "Trezor" (1,400 yen).

They will be sold at "Gourmet Shop by Mandarin Oriental Tokyo," a directly managed patisserie that reopened in March. Valentine's Day limited-edition items will be available from January 24th to February 14th, and White Day limited-edition items from February 28th to March 14th.
