Park Hyatt Tokyo's Pastry Boutique has introduced luxurious cakes and sweets perfect for Christmas. Reservations will begin on November 1st, with a holiday selection of sweets on sale from November 5th and Christmas cakes on sale from December 20th to 25th.
"Pure White Snow" (4,700 yen)
The holiday season marks the finale of Park Hyatt Tokyo's 25th anniversary year. A lineup of gorgeous sweets perfect for Christmas will be available.
The snow-white Buche de Noel "Pure White Snow" (4,700 yen) is a combination of white chocolate mousse, passion fruit jelly, and almond and hazelnut praline crunch, creating an exquisite balance of refreshing fruitiness and elegant sweetness.
"Mont Blanc" (4,700 yen)
"Mont Blanc" (4,700 yen) is a roll cake made with vanilla sponge, chestnut mousse, rum-flavored ganache, maple syrup, and roasted walnuts, topped with plenty of chestnut cream. This bold interpretation of the classic Mont Blanc cake is richly scented with milk chocolate and almond crunch.
Other treats include "Noel Chocolat" (4,700 yen), a dark chocolate cake made with generous amounts of Valrhona's Manjari chocolate, with a sharp form that highlights the beautiful glaze, and "Christmas Shortcake" (4,500 yen), which has remained popular since the cafe opened.
"Yuzu Pain de Genes" (3,250 yen)
The holiday selection, available from November 5th, features authentic European traditional sweets baked using original, carefully selected recipes. The "Yuzu Pain de Genes" (3,250 yen) is a traditional French baked confectionery made with plenty of almonds and finished in a star shape, with refreshing yuzu added. Perfect with coffee or tea, it's a sophisticated dessert. It's wrapped in the same star-shaped box, adding a touch of Christmas cheer. Other items in the lineup include "Christmas Stollen" (2,600 yen), "Mini Stollen" (1,900 yen), "Marron Stollen" (2,800 yen), "Mohn Stollen" (3,100 yen), and "Panettone" (2,350 yen). Pre-orders for the Christmas cakes will begin on November 1st, with pick-up and sales from December 20th to 25th. The holiday selection will be available from November 5th to December 25th.

Each restaurant in the hotel will be offering a special dinner time to celebrate Christmas Eve. New York Grill on the 52nd floor, Girandole on the 41st floor, Kozue on the 40th floor, and The Peak Lounge on the 41st floor will be offering "Christmas Special Dinner" from December 20th to 25th.
