Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be offering a terrace plan from June 1st to September 30th, where you can enjoy spicy food and an exotic atmosphere on the terrace while taking in the refreshing early summer air. 

The steakhouse "Oak Door" on the 6th floor will be hosting the "Summer BBQ Beer Garden ~Fiesta Mexicana~." Based on a Mexican-style theme, guests can enjoy free-flow Mexican-born Corona beer and juicy, fresh frozen cocktails, along with a spicy Mexican-style sharing menu made with tomatoes, limes, aromatic vegetables, herbs, and spices.

These spicy dishes will whet your appetite, including beef brisket and chicken wings smoked with cumin and paprika powder, lamb, beef, and pork sausages made using our own recipe, and grilled shrimp with garlic and a refreshing squeeze of lime, all pair perfectly with drinks. A seafood platter is also included with the plan that includes free-flowing champagne. Spend an exotic summer evening on one of the largest terraces among Tokyo's luxury hotels, adorned in vibrant colors.

At the "BBQ Terrace - French Moroccan Style" held at the French kitchen "All Day Dining" on the second floor, you can enjoy a variety of colorful, ethnic dishes with a Moroccan theme in a fantastical and sophisticated space lit up with candles. The menu includes couscous made with saffron and apricot for an ethnic flavor, seafood such as shrimp and red sea bream paired with "Charmoula sauce," a refreshing Moroccan classic made with parsley, coriander, and preserved lemon (salted lemon), and "merguez," a lamb sausage with a distinctive chili pepper spiciness. Each dish is prepared using an original blend of spices, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of each ingredient. Mint tea, a favorite in Morocco, is also available after the meal.
