CANOBLE, the much talked about "edible butter" specialty store that we recently featured in our article "Japan's first edible!? Flavored butter. We're intrigued by the Japanese sweet-like cherry blossom butter and Setouchi lemon butter!", is now adding the gorgeous-looking and elegant-tasting "Framboise Cassis Berry" to its lineup.

"Framboise Cassis Berry" (1,240 yen) is a flavored butter made with a base of fermented butter with a subdued flavor, combined with white chocolate made with raspberry juice. To bring out the unique flavor of the raspberry, a generous amount of black currant is used, along with a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries. The rich tartness of the raspberry chocolate and the sweetness of the dried fruit are balanced by the sweetness of the butter, creating a rich, berry-filled flavor. It's also made entirely from natural ingredients, with no preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.

It comes in chic, beautiful packaging inspired by roses and carnations, making it the perfect gift for Mother's Day or other special occasions.

It will be available for purchase from May 10th at the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro pop-up store. Orders will also be accepted on the online store from May 9th.
