Looking back on the Heisei era, Kilfait Bon's ever-popular tarts are being re-released!

"History of Qu'il fait bon - Tarts of Memorability Selected by Staff", a revival of all the tarts from fruit tart specialty store Qu'il fait bon, will be held for the first time during the Golden Week period from April 27th to May 6th.


Established in Shizuoka in 1991, Qu'il fait bon has sold over 700 types of tarts to date. For this event, staff who know Qu'il fait bon inside and out will select their favorite tarts from the products sold up to the present day in the Heisei era. A total of eight types will be revived, including nostalgic tarts and tarts made with unexpected ingredients.

Four types of tarts will be sold in two batches: the first half (April 27th to May 1st) and the second half (May 2nd to 6th). The first half will feature Rhubarb Tart, Banana Tart, Raffine Cream Tart, and Chocolate Cake.

Rhubarb Tart
Rhubarb is a popular vegetable in Europe.
Sauteed rhubarb and a rich pudding batter are poured into a slightly salty tart and baked.
It pairs perfectly with strawberries.


"Banana Tart"
Spread across the crispy sable crust is
caramelized banana and cinnamon cream.
Enjoy the combination of the smooth cream and walnut accents
and the rich flavor of caramelized banana.


"Raffine Cream Tart"
A dish made with Raffine cream (a mellow, sour-tasting raspberry jam) and white wine mousse,
combined with sweet and sour raspberry jam and fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth fresh cream. A must-try for lovers of fresh cream!

"Chocolate Cake"
Kilfait Bon is known for its tarts, but we would also recommend their cakes.
A moist, rich cake with a delicious flavor, the smooth chocolate and mousse are a perfect combination with sweet and sour raspberries.


The second half of the menu features "Strawberry and Rhubarb Tart," "Passion Fruit and Cheese Mousse," "Coffee-Flavored Chocolate Tart," and "Tomato Tart."

A tart that brings out the full flavor of the tart rhubarb,
combined with the perfectly matching strawberry cream.


"Passion Fruit and Cheese Mousse"
A cake made by layering refreshing passion fruit mousse and cheese mousse on a flaky pie,
and raspberry jam, and wrapping it in meringue.

"Coffee-flavored chocolate tart"
A fragrant chocolate tart made with mellow chocolate cream infused with the aroma of coffee beans
and rich fresh cream.
The tart crust is flavored with vanilla. It's a simple dish that's packed with attention to detail.


"Tomato Tart"
A tart containing tomato paste is poured with rich Raffiné cream,
topped with plenty of sweet, fresh cherry tomatoes and baked.
