Hotel New Otani Makuhari is hosting the "SATSUKI Delicious Buffet ~Amaou~," a premium buffet where you can enjoy Amaou strawberries, known as a luxury variety, to your heart's content. The buffet will run every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from January 12th to April 21st, 2019.


The "SATSUKI Delicious Buffet ~Amaou~," which took three years from conception to realization, is a premium buffet where you can enjoy sweets made exclusively with Amaou strawberries, a brand that is "red, round, large, and delicious." The lineup includes 15 different sweets, including New Otani classics like Amaou Shortcake, Amaou Napoleon Pie, and Amaou Roll Cake, all made with fresh and juicy Amaou strawberries, as well as glass desserts like Amaou Panna Cotta.

In addition, you can enjoy 25 popular Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, including juicy roast beef slowly cooked over low heat, teppanyaki, and nigiri sushi, all while enjoying live cooking from our chefs. Also available is Amaou Berry Caprese, a perfect combination of the sweet and sour Amaou strawberries and creamy mozzarella cheese.
