Emporio Armani Cafe is introducing a limited-edition August parfait featuring pineapple and passion fruit.

The "Midsummer Tropical Parfait!" is available until August 31st. The top of the parfait, which looks like a large flower, is actually made of dried pineapple, offering a crunchy texture. It is served with meringue infused with the scent of basil on the side, and together with the refreshing acidity of fresh pineapple, it provides a refreshing feeling perfect for the hot season.



Shiseido Parlour is holding a Midsummer Parfait Fair! Limited-time parfaits topped with plenty of peaches, figs, and apples

The Midsummer Parfait Fair is currently underway, and for the month of August only, they are offering parfaits such as the Fig Parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture, which lets you taste the whole fig, as well as mango, golden peach, and white peach. The fair will be held at Salon de Cafe's Ginza flagship store from August 1st to 31st, and at Salon de Cafe Lazona Kawasaki from August 1st to September 30th.

A new dining experience that will evoke memories at Nakanoya in Machida, with a "parfait with a view" of dry landscape gardens and the sunset.

Cafe Nakanoya is a famous cafe that has long queues of people every day, known as a "holy land for parfait lovers." This "Tamba Black Bean Mont Blanc," also known as the "Sunset" parfait, is made to resemble Mount Fuji, with a mound of Tamba black bean paste, yuzu ice cream, kinako ice cream, shiratama rice flour dumplings, and crispy crepes at the base. The crimson sunset is made from raspberry macarons, and the sea of trees at the foot of Mount Fuji is recreated with matcha chocolate cake. It's so beautiful you'll almost regret eating it, and you'll want to return again and again to savor the delicious taste.
