The second Japanese branch of Umami Burger, a hamburger restaurant from Los Angeles, USA, will open in Yokohama's Minato Mirai district on September 22nd.
Umami Burger is a hamburger restaurant with over 20 locations across the US. Based on the concept of "casual fine dining," it features an adult atmosphere where you can enjoy hamburgers and a wide variety of side dishes with wine and cocktails. It is highly popular in the US, having been selected as "Best Burger of the Year 2010" by the US edition of GQ and also as one of Time magazine's "17 Most Influential Burgers of All Time."
Following the Aoyama store which first opened in Japan in March 2017, the second store will be opening in Yokohama Minato Mirai, a fashionable bay town that continues to evolve through development. The store will have relaxing lounge seating, and in addition to being able to eat and drink inside, there will also be a take-out counter, allowing you to enjoy the city of Yokohama and the sea while you enjoy it.
