These pieces will be on display, allowing visitors to experience the timeless beauty of furniture. In addition, limited-edition models uniquely renovated by Takayuki Fujii, designer of the fashion brand "nonnative," will be on special display and for sale. Furthermore, the event will offer furniture that can be customized to customers' specifications, and will also launch a "FOR GOOD COUNTER" concierge service for repairs and renovations. Come experience the unique appeal of renovated furniture, transforming furniture from the good old days into something that suits modern lifestyles and sensibilities.

Special edition supervised by Takayuki Fujii (designer, nonnative)
Maruni Wood Industry, which has attracted global attention with the "MARUNI COLLECTION" in collaboration with Naoto Fukasawa and Jasper Morrison, was founded in 1928 and boasts a history of nearly a century, having released numerous famous collections throughout each era.
Maruni Wood Industry has released a variety of furniture pieces into the world over its nearly century-long history. Even classic furniture manufactured more than half a century ago remains popular in the secondhand market thanks to its reliable craftsmanship, functionality, and timeless design. Products manufactured between the 1950s and 1970s in particular are affectionately known as "Old Marni" among lovers of secondhand and vintage furniture.

This pop-up event will feature furniture manufactured between the 1950s and 1970s that have been renovated with reupholstery, paint, and repairs. As a special edition, a limited edition model supervised by Takayuki Fujii will be released. Mr. Fujii, who has long admired the "Old Marni" products and their nickname, visited the Bando Factory, which renovates Maruni Wood Industry furniture, in preparation for this project. He discussed the specifications with the craftsmen, carefully selecting the upholstery for each piece. For the Chopin armchairs and rocking chairs, crafted from rare quince wood, he not only suggested the shape of the seat cushions and the addition of brass rings, but also suggested finishing touches such as the paper cord finish for the popular Delta Chair. Rather than engaging in eccentric renovations, he aimed to maximize the appeal of each product by retaining the period feel of the time while achieving a level of perfection that is relevant today. Mr. Fujii oversaw 10 items across six models. Each model, supervised by Takayuki Fujii, comes with a plate featuring a reproduction of the original peacock logo.

Based on the design of work and military wear, his items are reconstructed with attention to detail, including materials and stitching, and are supported by many fans as a standard for adults. In recent years, attention has been drawn not only to his fashion but also to his lifestyle and aesthetic sensibility.
