American hamburger specialty store "Ten Fingers Burger" will open on the first floor of GEMS Sangenjaya on June 3rd.
Sangenjaya, Tokyo, is a hotbed of hamburger action with over a dozen restaurants lined up, but Fungo Co., Ltd., the operator of sandwich and hamburger specialty store "Fungo," is making a long-awaited foray into the area, leveraging its know-how.

"Ten Fingers Burger" is a hamburger specialty store that incorporates 1950s American flavors and offers authentic American hamburgers in a casual setting. A unique feature is that you can choose the size of the hamburger based on the number of fingers you hold it with, so it can be enjoyed to suit your type and needs, whether you're a man who wants a big meal or a woman or child who just wants a light bite.
The hamburgers offered come in three sizes: the 12cm diameter "10 Fingers Burger" (1,000 yen), which requires all ten fingers to eat, the slightly smaller "8 Fingers Burger" (800 yen), and the smaller "6 Fingers Burger" (600 yen).

Their attention to detail comes in the slightly sweet, rich-flavored buns, custom-made by their sister store, Crossroads Bakery in Ebisu, and the juicy 100% US Angus beef patty. The patty, which weighs up to 140g, is generously sandwiched between them. Another appealing feature is the ability to choose from five different sauces and customize your burger with toppings.

They also have a wide selection of side dishes and drinks. They offer a variety of items that go perfectly with burgers, such as their "Chicken Wings" (4 pieces/600 yen) in four flavors and their "Tots" (380 yen) hash browns.
They also have a wide selection of sweets like their "Banana Split" (780 yen), which features three types of ice cream, fresh cream, and a whole banana. They also have a wide selection of drinks, including "Milkshakes" (680 yen) and "Cream Soda" (580 yen) in three flavors, as well as coffee, cafe latte, beer, and cocktails.
It's a great place to dine alone, share a wide variety of side dishes with friends for a party-style meal, or enjoy a drink with a hamburger after work in the evening. It caters to a wide range of occasions, from day to night.
Distinguishing itself from premium burgers, why not try our authentic American burgers, made with carefully selected ingredients for a "real taste" at a reasonable price?
