Fuji Salmon Grill and Thick-Sliced Koshu Fujizakura Bacon Cheeseburger," at the hotel's first-floor restaurant, Grill & Dining G. 

The restaurant's popular seasonal original burgers, featuring local Yamanashi ingredients, are a must-try. This fall, the grilled burger features the refreshing and healthy flavor of Mt. Fuji Salmon and the melt-in-your-mouth sweet fat and tender, thick-sliced Koshu Fujizakura Pork bacon. It's topped with cheddar cheese, which pairs perfectly with the main ingredients, and thickly sliced king oyster mushrooms and other autumn vegetables, and accented with a tartar sauce made with chopped pickled narusawana, a traditional vegetable from Narusawa Village in Yamanashi Prefecture that reaches its peak in autumn, making it a menu you can enjoy in every flavor and texture.
