THE GOOD VEHICLE, a food truck based in Kojimachi and the second branch of THE GOOD VIBES, a specialty restaurant serving New York soul food pastrami sandwiches and aged beef burgers, will relocate and open at Hungry's Garden in front of EAT PLAY WORKS in Hiroo on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

About "THE GOOD VIBES"
"THE GOOD VIBES" opened in Asakusabashi in 2017 (later relocating to Shibaura), and opened its second location, a permanent food truck, in Kojimachi in 2021. This food truck, housed in a vibrant green school bus, offers authentic New York-style pastrami sandwiches and hearty burgers made with aged beef patties.
Their signature "Homemade Pastrami Sandwich" is made with thick-cut pastrami made from US beef belly that's marinated in salt for four days, boiled until tender, coated with original spices, left to rest all day, and smoked for six days. Another popular item is the "THE GOOD VIBES Burger," featuring a juicy, original coarse-ground patty made with fragrant, aged domestic beef, grilled to perfection and sandwiched between homemade pastrami. Each burger can be ordered with double the pastrami or patty, or topped with cheddar cheese, avocado, jalapeño, or homemade bacon smoked with cherry chips, allowing for hundreds of different combinations.
