Strawberry and mango shaved ice with champagne! Imperial Hotel introduces a cool summer menu

The Imperial Hotel Tokyo is offering a limited-time summer menu at three of its restaurants and bars, featuring shaved ice, champagne, and other refreshing treats.

Parkside Diner "Strawberry Shave Ice"
Parkside Diner, located on the first floor of the main building, is offering a limited-time shave ice menu, featuring smooth ice topped with plenty of fruit. The new "Strawberry Shave Ice" menu, available until July 16, combines thinly shaved condensed milk-flavored ice with strawberry sorbet and pistachio panna cotta, which pairs perfectly with the strawberries. The ice is garnished with strawberries and strawberry sauce, and freeze-dried strawberries sprinkled on top add a touch of texture.

Parkside Diner "Mango Shave Ice"
Also new on the menu is the "Mango Shave Ice," available for a limited time from July 17th to August 31st. It combines mango pulp, lemon jelly, and vanilla ice cream with coconut sauce. Finely crushed butter cookie dough is placed underneath the ice to add a crispy texture. Grated lime peel adds a refreshing flavor.

Shaved ice with a texture like melted snow that melts in your mouth. Recommended not only as a standalone item but also as an after-meal dessert.


Imperial Lounge Aqua "Enjoy Adult 'Eat' Champagne at Baccarat"
From June 1st to September 30th, Imperial Lounge Aqua on the 17th floor of the main building will be offering "Enjoy Adult 'Eat' Champagne at Baccarat" during bar hours from 6pm, with a limit of 10 sets per day. This menu offers two different flavors using Moët & Chandon Rosé champagne, served in Baccarat glasses. The drink is served in glasses filled with fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) layered with champagne jelly, and in glasses filled with granita made by repeatedly freezing and crushing champagne, and then more champagne is poured into each. After enjoying the refreshing taste, beautiful color, and cleansing feel of the champagne, you can wash it down with a raspberry-flavored macaron.

The store will also be running a "Premium Champagne Free Flow" event again this year until August 31st, where you can enjoy as much champagne and other drinks as you like for two hours after entering the store. Enjoy appetizers served individually on plates as you spend the summer evening.

Rendezvous Lounge "Mojito Fair"

Rendezvous Lounge on the first floor of the main building will be holding a "Mojito Fair" from July 1st to August 31st. They will be selling three types of mojitos that are perfect for the hot summer: the refreshing "Imperial Mojito," "Citrus Mojito," and "Ginger Mojito."

In addition, the hotel shop "Gargantua" on the first floor of the main building is selling "Apricot Verrine" from the "The Sweets" series, which uses carefully selected ingredients in pursuit of deliciousness, until June 30th. In addition, new sweets will be available from July 1st to August 31st: "Mango and Apple Tea Jelly" and "Peach Jelly." New side dishes include "Cold Basil Pasta with Colorful Vegetables," which uses gluten-free pasta, which has been gaining popularity in recent years, and the seasonal "Cold Peach Soup."
