Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a luxury hotel celebrating its 15th anniversary in April, has released a new line of summer fruit-filled sweets and cocktails. The refreshing sweets and cocktails are perfect for the summer, including cakes and verrines made with seasonal peaches, teppanyaki sweets, and monthly fresh fruit cocktails.

Fiorentina Pastry Boutique, offering world-class sweets from a pastry team that has produced award-winning pastry chefs and winners of international confectionery competitions, will be introducing five new cakes featuring rich, fruity flavors, incorporating plenty of fresh, seasonal peaches.
In addition, the popular annual "Summer Verrine" will feature a total of seven flavors, including six new ones, featuring photogenic layers of diverse colors made with plenty of fresh, seasonal peaches. In addition to its refreshing appearance, the combination of ingredients allows for a variety of flavors, making it the perfect summer gift (available from mid-June to mid-August).

Keyakizaka, a teppanyaki restaurant that specializes in carefully selected ingredients and seasonal ingredients, offers the traditional French dessert "ou à la neige," cooked on a hot plate.
This innovative dessert is made by placing meringue steamed on a hot plate right in front of you on top of ice cream made with mango from Ishigaki Island or Miyako Island, and finishing it off with a drizzle of bitter caramel sauce. It is a freshly steamed warm meringue on top of cold ice cream. (Available from July 1st to September 30th.)
