Princi® is an Italian bakery operated by Starbucks. While there are many recommended products, this time we'd like to introduce two types of tiramisu, "Coffee Tiramisu Pike Place Roast" and "Tea Tiramisu Earl Grey," which will be released on April 14th.

"Coffee Tiramisu Pike Place Roast" (Takeout: ¥842 including tax / In-store: ¥858 including tax)
First up, we'll be introducing the "Coffee Tiramisu Pike Place Roast," named after the origins of Starbucks, and made with "Pike Place® Roast" coffee beans, a blend of Starbucks' history and dedication.
The sponge cake is made with "Pike Place® Roast" coffee beans. The tiramisu is infused with "roast" coffee and layered with caramel-flavored mascarpone cream, bringing out the coffee flavor. It is finished off with a topping of fresh cream, cocoa powder, and espresso powder, which brings out the flavor of vanilla within the moderate bitterness of the coffee!
This is a tiramisu that truly "tastes coffee," allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of "Pike Place® Roast".
"Tea Tiramisu Earl Grey" (Takeout: ¥842, tax included / In-store: ¥858, tax included)
Next, we recommend the "Tea Tiramisu Earl Grey" for tea lovers.
This tiramisu offers a delightful combination of fragrant Earl Grey tea and hazelnut-scented gianduja (a combination of roasted hazelnuts, almonds, and other nuts with chocolate).
The sponge cake is made with Earl Grey tea leaves and tea liqueur, so the flavor of Earl Grey fills your mouth with every bite. It's topped with a layer of mascarpone cream with a hint of orange and a touch of hazelnut-flavored chocolate.
