Biotope Osaka to host special dinner event featuring Taichi Hara, one of the top 10 chefs

BIOTOP OSAKA in Minamihorie, Osaka, will be holding a two-day, limited-time dinner event by Chef Hara Taichi, the "TAICHI HARA Special Dinner Event," on April 14th and 15th.


This event, held in conjunction with the "ALLEGE" pop-up event scheduled to start on April 13th, will feature Chef Hara Taichi, who is close friends with ALLEGE designer Ryo Yamaguchi, as the guest of honor. The dinner event is limited to 20 people per day, and 40 people over the two days. Hara is the founder and CEO of the popular French restaurant "PATH" in Yoyogi-Hachiman, Tokyo, and the Michelin-starred bistro "Bistro Rojiura" in Shibuya, and this will be the first time that guests in the Kansai region will be able to experience the cuisine of Hara, who is the chef behind both the restaurant. The "TAICHI HARA Special Dinner Course" (14,000 yen), created for this dinner event, features six full courses. The menu also includes pairings, allowing you to enjoy natural wines that complement each dish. All of the tableware used for the dinner course is from Brooklyn's "Noble Plateware" and Paris's "malo," specially purchased by Hara himself for this event. After the event, the tableware will be available for sale at Biotop Osaka. Furthermore, during the Allegi pop-up event, from April 13th to 29th, Bistro Rojiura's popular signature dish, the "Anko Butter Ricotta Cheese Sandwich" (540 yen), made with homemade red bean paste, bread, and ricotta cheese, will be available for a limited time only at the BIOTOP CORNERSTAND cafe on the first floor.
