Japan's first Lemon Sour Festival is being held in Nakameguro! Daytime Lemon Sours from the "Original" to the "Evolved"

Japan's first large-scale food and beverage event dedicated to lemon sours, "Lemon Sour Festival 2017 in Nakameguro," will be held from October 20th to 22nd at the Nakame Arcas complex in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Lemon sours have been gaining popularity in recent years. This event is being held in Nakameguro, the driving force behind this trend, with the aim of spreading the appeal of lemon sour to more people. Over the three days, renowned lemon sour restaurants will set up food trucks and serve a wide variety of lemon sours, from the "Original Lemon Sour" made with shochu, carbonated water, and lemon to the "Advanced Lemon Sour" made with frozen lemons and lemons preserved in syrup. Mari Ariki, a senior researcher at Hot Pepper Gourmet's Dining Out Research Institute, will serve as a special supporter.
